Clubszone 2023 holiday clubs!
The team have been working extremley hard this winter to continue bringing as much value and opportunities to lcoal families in our camp areas.
February half term clubs and locations
We are open at Leicester Forest East and Syston for February half term (20th - 24th February) for the whole 5 days.
Chesterfield will be open at the Arkwright Centre for 3 days (Wednesday 22nd - Friday 24th February)
Price increase
The cost of living has drove all our expenses higher and we have had to to increase our standard day rate to £23.00 for most of our clubs. Our oxfordshire venues have a higher day rate due to additional costs for staffing arrangements.
Ofsted registration
Good news is that we have commited ourselves to becoming Ofsted registered at ALL of our venues so you can now pay and book using your childcare vouchers. We can accept providers such as Edenred, Computershare, Sodexo, Government tax-free, care-4, Kiddivouchers, Fidelity and RG childcare. If you use another setup then please let us know so we can register with them to acceot your payment.
To comply with Ofsted regulations, children must be in year 1 at school or above. Children EYFS can no longer be accepted on our clubs as they can't stay for longer than 4 hours per day.
Early Drop and Extended Hours option
These options will only be available at our long term venues which are Leicester Forest East Rugby Club and St Peter & St Paul Academy in Syston. Early drop will only be available at Chesterfield (Arkwright Centre).
Leicester Forest East Venue
We have moved next door and now operate our holiday at Leicester Forest Rugby Club. Once you turn off the main road, turn right instead of left on the track. You will see our sign on the righthand side of the road.
This new venue allows for a larger indoor space to provide our arts and crafts and wet weather activities. Outside we have a full size 4G pitch which we can use in all weathers and a huge field.
Inflatable Days
Updates should be made available by the of March with a list of dates and venues where they will be held. Depending on the hire charge, there will be an 'inflatable day charge' of £10-£15 per child on top of the daily price if you choose to attend.
Lunch options
Some of our venues will now be offering the opportunity to provide lunch for you child. This option will be shown on the book now page if it is available for your location.
Clubs live on the website
We have started to load the clubs onto the website which are booked in and ready to be booked by customers. Additional venues and dates will be loaded across the upcoming weeks.
